About

Sofia Isella (Los Angeles, 2005) is a Chilean-American singer-songwriter and classically trained violinist who has emerged as one of the most exciting new voices in alternative pop. Raised across multiple countries before settling on Australia's Gold Coast, Isella began playing violin at age three and started releasing music in 2020, blending alt-pop, indie, and dark poetry into a sound that is both intimate and expansive. Her song "Hot Gum" became a viral breakthrough with over 16 million Spotify streams, and in 2024 she opened for Taylor Swift's Eras Tour at Wembley Stadium. She released her EP I Can Be Your Mother in 2024 and launched her first world tour in April 2025.
